33 Million people have been affected by this devastating climate disaster

Heavy monsoon rains and floods have washed away villages and infrastructure in all four provinces of Pakistan, tragically killing more than 1,000 people – a third of them children – since June.

Flash floods caused by abnormally heavy monsoon rains in Pakistan have had a devastating impact in the southwestern province of Balochistan.

6.4 million people are critically impacted, including 3.4 million children. Children and families need immediate access to shelter, safe drinking water, food, hygiene and medical services. Without help, children will go hungry and face possible outbreaks of waterborne diseases such as diarrhoea and cholera. Many children could die.
